A generative improvisation environment based on Karlheinz Essl's sound scape generator fLOW, created for guitarist Francesco Cuoghi and premiered during the festival TODAYs MUSIC in Rome at Biblioteca Sandro Onofri.

For this version, the original sounds of fLOW have been replaced by instrumental samples:

AIR: a Finish kantele played with a superball

FIRE: the rattling mechanism of a music box

WATER: repeated chords on a toy piano

EARTH: tapping on an Alpine zither
